Plumbing Merit Badge underway with Forest G, Anthony S, Andrew D, Taylor P, led by Mark D and Ken S.

We just held the 2012 Lock In with great success.  Scouts either completed or made great progress on the following merit badges:  Chemistry, Welding, Electronics, Wood Carving, Plumbing, Camping and Computers.

This was followed up with a late night (ok early morning) gaming session to balance the hard work.

Mike's Eagle Court of Honor was held March 17th giving him cause to remember this event every St. Patricks Day.  About 100 people attended including Kelly Ross from the Westford Board of Selectmen and Jim Arciero from the Massachusetts House of Representatives.  (Pictures are here.)

Jimmy C recently met with the Conservation Commision regarding his Eagle Project to build and install docks for the Westford Recreation Department.

We had a great trip to Wah-tut-ca! (Jan 7-8, 2012).  We had a two+ hour hike the first day.  Camped in the cabin and in hammocks. The weather was great.  We also encoutered the very rare lake turtle specimen turtalis-humanus (which by the way is seems very grumpy when awoken during the winter), proving the rumors about the Wah-tut-ca tutle man are true and we have photos to prove it.
